Craig and his crews have replaced several gutters for us, added some downspouts, and replaced rotten wood on most of our windows. Our gutters and downspouts were replaced about a year ago and have worked great. Craig from The Roof Factory has performed repairs on two of my homes and performed complete shingle replacement at my business establishment. He was not the cheapest but I wouldnt settle for less than quality materials and workmanship. His guys used more than the usual fasteners and typical nailing pattern to ensure future issues would not arise. His men were prompt and courteous. My neighbors asked for his contact info as they too were impressed by the finished product. I can highly recommend his services as he knows all about the shortcuts that other roofers use to achieve a bargain basement quote. Not on my roof!
